I have roughly 100k in my employer 401k with about 25-30 years to retirement age. Almost all of it is large cap index funds. Example of one of the funds is the fidelity index 500. I have a Roth IRA on my own that only has about 3k in it invested in O so far. Should I continue to build my Roth IRA as a dividend portfolio or do something else?
What else for growth would you recommend?
I do plan on diversifying it with other dividend stocks. I was just wondering if making my Ira a dividend only investment with my time frame of working is ideal with my current investment.
My 401k doesn’t offer voo but the funds are similar so I’m already invested in that similar manner. I’m looking to diversify outside of that or are you saying do that in the Ira as well?
What would you recommend for growth in it?

I do want dividend income eventually and that’s my goal. I still have roughly 30 years of working left.
