The past few years I've started to DCA into several cryptos and also the SPDR S&P 500 for the consistent growth and dividend potential. I'm up 16% total with my S&P and can see steady dividend payout increases which is encouraging.
I've been lurking here for the past several months and whenever anyone asks about long term, low stress, hands off investment advice the consensus is to DCA into VTI, VOO or SCHD and chill. I don't see many, if any suggestions to DCA into the S&P 500. Is it not as good for dividend payouts? What would be the pros and cons of this? Should I switch to VTI, VOO or SCHD?
