Need help making a dividend focus account for 51 year old Mother

So far I have done some diversifying but I know that I am no expert. My Mom has a fidelity account with a Rollover IRA, I finally convinced her to get out of the mutual fund she was in, I would like some help making a diverse portfolio for dividends. She says she is going to be maxing out the IRA at $8,500 till she retires( Around 70). Attached is the Account summary and dividend view of her current positions.
