ETFs with little over lap for boglehead

Hello all,
Im in the process of creating a boglehead style portfolio that will be:
25% safe (VOO or VTI) 25% growth (QQQM, VUG or SCHG) 25% capital appreciation dividend (?) 25% high yield dividend (?)
my question is if you had to pick two dividend etfs that didnt have a bunch of overlap in their portfolios which would it be? or should i just keep it simple and do something like
33% safe 33% growth 33% dividend, SCHD, JEPI or VYM (but which one)
