Okay so this is in reference to the "Oh shit moments" episode of Distractble. In that tale Bob hosts and tells his harrowing food poisoning story from expired hamburger meat leading too quite the nasty pants accident.

Well how does this info relate to me? Well Bob said something quite interesting about his expired meat cooking experience is that the hamburger didn't smell bad just different. And well, guess what my dinner smelled like last week?

Different. Just kinda musty and weird. Odd. Peculiar.

Now my family has had to be very strict with our grocery bills so faced with the decision to dump 2 jars of sauce, a 1 lb of sausage, and the 1lb of stank meat left us extremely discouraged. 2 whole dinners worth of food just... had to be tossed.

Though as I stood there beside my bubbling pot of delicious stanky meat sauce, I recalled Bob's wild disgusting story of "Body shakingly bad diarrhea" and I had to let it to the trash.

Tldr; Bob's story of food poisoning lead me to identify spoiled frozen meat and kept my family from a same fate.
