I would imagine she can at the very least get a fistula (hole connecting two structures) between her anal cavity and her vaginal cavity. Which, this not for the faint of heart so do yourself a favor and stop reading if you don't wanna get even more grossed out, but, this could lead to poop coming out of her vagina. Which besides being gross, and I'd imagine extremely embarrassing, it would lead to a UTI real quick, followed by a severe kidney infection if she hasn't been taken to the hospital by then due to severe pain from the terrible infection she'd get.

So... talk about me getting horrified in no time wow. That's bad.

Please people if this ever happens to you or someone you know, seek medical help ASAP and do NOT take this up as a party trick. Lol. Try to avoid at all possible.
