Does anyone know how fast the 3 bedroom villas or cabins fill up?

Hey all! Basically the question!
Next October year my Dad turns 70! I would like to plan something to bring the family together in Disney. I have points saved and think I can afford a grand villa or cabin and maybe a few studios for some of the family members.
With that — does this group I can snag a cabin in October at the 7 month mark? Open to renting, but would like to use my own if possible. I own at vero and boardwalk and might buy more at AKL.
