I'm a longtime player, and I am so confused by it, despite reading through the help/tour text twice.

• Do character levels not matter any more for the tower challenge itself? Is a level 2 character just as good as a level 10? If level does matter, is level more important than the little tag bonuses?
  
• Also what are the little tag bonuses? What do they mean?
• For the explorations, am I supposed to be creating a path or connecting things? I don't get the grid. If it is just completing a row or column, the columns are shorter, so why would you ever do a row except just by happenstance?
• We need 4 refreshes to refresh someone now? WTH? Why do that at all vs. just having it be one and making it less frequent? Just seems like unnecessary complexity.
• When I use a building to get refreshers, is that building not useful for anything else during that time? I can't tell so far how that is working. Also, one of the building groups is for a character set that isn't enchantable, so how does that work?
