Stuff to do after park close?

Hi All!
My dad and I are visiting for my 30th midweek during the second last week of November, but unfortunately when booking I didn’t realise that the park closes at 19:00.
We’re just wondering what if (anything) is there to do in the evenings after this time? Are we better off going into Serris for dinner and a few drinks, or is there stuff on in Disney Village? For context he’s in his 60’s and I’m 29.
