Is it possible to do two DLP trips in one year?

Went for the first time last week for my birthday (booked it in 2019 but covid cancelled it twice) and absolutley loved it. After talking to one of my fellow Disney loving friends who's been a few times we're planning to go next October for Halloween season and I want to go back in April the same year for my birthday. I stay in Scotland so we would be flying from Glasgow airport.
For those of you that have done two trips in one year, how did you manage it, was it easy to save up for and what tips do you have?
