My partner and I have annual passes, but we're planning on a trip with family members who do not.
We'd like to stay at a Disney hotel for the convenience, so will most likely book a hotel ticket package for the family, and room-only for the two of us.
However, before I make the call to book, I'd like to make sure I'm aware of different ticket options and their prices.
I understand that the tickets in the packages are already discounted, and that the other options (e. g. discounted room-only and separate park tickets) might not be cheaper.
We do not need park tickets for the arrival day, and they are not a must for the departure day either.
I think we'll have to pass on the Privilege Tickets, as we do not want to queue for them every day. I'm also ready to make travel arrangements this week, but the Privilege Tickets for our dates aren't available yet.
How about the -20% off "Full price 1-Day ticket sold at the Disney Parks entrance"? Would we also have to queue for them at the entrance every day, or can they be added to the booking over the phone? I thought they weren't selling tickets at the parks at the moment.
Thanks for any info!
