Updated expected values from the new wheel options/values/probabilities

Due to the changes to the wheel in the new version, expected values per spin changed. Doing the new calculations below are the expected values per spin. Outside of play items the biggest change is to coins where you'll be getting 5% less however you'll be getting more gems and hearts.
