Cogsworth's Gandalf Moment

When the villagers stormed the castle, Cogsworth (voiced by Sir Ian McKellen) says a Gandalf quote. Something along the lines of "To the Barricades, hold your positions" or something like that. That scene felt really Gandalf-ish, although it was in the clumsy Cogsworth form. Who else noticed this?
