A few months ago me and a friend of mine got annual passes and magic bands to Disney World. Since he would use his card and pay up front they put both passes and bands on his email account for the my disney experience.

That was fine when we were going together. I however would like access to my own card and band when I am not with him when i go with other family or friends. I know his account information and password just like having my own stuff on my own email if that makes sense. Not the biggest deal but figured I'd try.

I tried going as far as deactivating the band from his account and adding it to mine and it won't let me. I wrote customer service an email however no idea about the turn around for a response. There was a chat though it wouldn't let me, it was grayed out even though I was well in the middle of the time available slot.

I called but they gave me a long wait time so figured I would try here to see if anyone knows anything about the app.
