Every person that has ever had to stand for several hours constantly getting soaked, or that has ever been bitched at for not scrubbing a bowl, plate, etc Just remember that we all have been there at somepoint.
1.Plates, bowls, ovals, and squares. Whenever you get your first tub of dishes remember to sort them, even if you have what seems like a mountain of dishes sort the stackables, group the sortables. And if its slow spray water in the gaps of the dishes to help remove stuck on food.
2.No pans no food, no food no dishes, no dishes no you. If the cooks bring you dirty pans wash those mofos at the first available moment. You don't want to deal with a angry cook.
3.Keep up the pace. If your just starting you'll probably feel slow but after a week you'll pick up speed and once you pick it up never ever let it go, that speed is what makes or breaks how valuable you are to the restaurant. If you've been their for a few months their is no excuse as to why the place is out of utensils or ramekins.
