No clue. That said, I don't see what the argument there would be. I don't think minimum wage jobs like this are required to pay extra on holidays.
They look like that because we made them look like that. The dish guys and bus boys work together because on any given day the roles could be reversed.
No recognition or reward n other than the occasional attaboy. It may be that things have changed, I haven't worked there in almost 15 years. Closing ruled though - all the biscuits and dumplings and hash brown casserole you could eat before we dumped it.

I feel that, it was a shit day. While I do think that washing dishes builds character, let's just say I built a lot of character in my youth lol
