-The mansion will be filled with maids and workers -Things that you destroyed in the past will be fixed (elevator, balcony, the window) -The mansion in the present is not guarded (but filled with workers which will attack you if you don't go) -Vice Overseer Byrne will be excluded from the council for mentioning consuming rats in a dinner with the Duke -The miners have better conditions, and soon will be given masks -The war between Paolo and Bryne didn't exist (?) -There's a couple more bonecharms in the present in the Dust District -Meagan (Billie) will have her eye and arm back (suggesting saving Stilton is not cannon according to Death of the Outsider) -Aramis Stilton will be in your briefing for Mission 8, telling you a hidden passage
