Hopper 3 and Joey issues

When the system was installed in September, they gave me hopper with sling. Cool…upgraded to hopper 3 for 4k and now a ton of issues with the Joey. The issue seems to be, randomly, the Joey will stop receiving live signal. Guide works but no sound or video. The only way to fix it is to restart the main hopper. This has become a pain in the ass because it happens every. Single. Day. After sending out 6 techs they finally sent a master tech. Everything was replaced including the coax and LNB. They still have no idea what’s happening. They said if it happens again that I will need to downgrade back to the hopper with sling which is BS but whatever.
