Hello I recently applied at Dish to be a retention representative. I did an initial phone screen with someone to prepare for the actual interview. The phone screen went great, and then I did the real interview in person at the facility last Friday. I was certain I killed the interview because even gave me a tour of the building and I met the manager. I have consistent work history so I was sure I would have got the job. I checked my email today and turns out I wasn’t chosen. Did I miss something? Does anyone have any insight on why I maybe wasn’t chosen?
