Did anyone ruin their life by themselves by hyperchondria?

it has been me for than a decade, after enormous and harmful delusion and several continual issuses with severe stresses now i am diagnosed as real serious disease with pain.( seems I had been with it more than a 7 years) Loathe my self. Plz be kind. Already taking enough pills. It feels like i twisted my fate into the worst way. Anyone has at least similar feeling?
