Has anyone done a cash withdrawal from a bank?

I used to have BankMobile, and they let me do a large cash withdrawal using Wells Fargo. Since Discover is also like an online bank, I wanted to do the same since I needed a lot of cash for a purchase.
Has anyone done this? I mostly want to know which banks someone has done this at so I can try those instead of as many as I can around me.
