I’m starting to really worry and upset. They said my account is eligible for the return of the deposit of 2500 and the first one was sent February 26 and mail never arrived. the second return attempt not arriving I complained today about how it hasn’t arrived in my bank direct deposit this month and they told me 20 business days but still hasn’t arrived.

I asked for a supervisor because they told me I have to wait another 20 days for the third attempt. I’m starting to panic because I really need this money and now I’m waiting for my dad to get home to recall and ask for a supervisor and see if he could speak some sense to them and have it sent today like what’s so hard..

Supervisor said they could look over the expedited request in about a week so that means about Friday I guess they even decide if they would expedited but this is really insane.
