Many years since the world of Terra Auran has been plagued with an endless snowstorm, or Permafrost, that has threatened the lives of the citizens of Eistoria. Farmers can barely preserve their crops and livestock. Trade routes have become treacherous due to dangerous creatures but also the storm. In order to further ensure the success of the escort, a squad of knights has also been dispatched to accompany the adventurers, bringing along supplies to maintain morale and survival. Rations are limited and game is sparse, but snowmelt can offer them the water they need to quench their thirsts. The Great Wizard Alibaster in the city of Avantris thinks he has discovered a way to stop the storm and has enlisted a team of heroes from the city of Aguefort to deliver some previous items, but to do so they have to brave the dangers of the wilds and risk freezing to death. On their journey they will be attacked by not only creatures but the forces of evil.Meanwhile a royalty in Aguefort requires an escort out of the city due to war and tasks the Conjurer Simon along with her bodyguard, the shy Knight Sigrid to form a team of six skilled specialists to escort her back home. But who knows who waits in the shadows?Recently, a Necromancer by the name of Modus Sade has put together a group of sinister beings called the Vincere Operandi. They would help him gather test subjects, raid and pillaging various villages all around Crydezia and gathering crystals. He only wanted one thing, to gain more power. However this would not last for long as his group would come across the Iron Tigers, a troupe of heroes who swore to defeat him and help the villages burdened by Modus' destruction and monsters alike.Another group, called the Iron Tigers, has been traveling all around the lands of middle and northern Crydezia, going from village to village, town to town, city to city, making their way through the Permafrost ridden landscape and trying to help these people in any way they could. Whether that be defending their homes from invaders, defeating monsters or even helping them rebuild. While they didn't have a solution to the endless winter, they hoped to make the innocent people of this world's lives a bit safer, but evil still lurks in the shadows.
