Read this article on ghosting I just read and let me what you think:
I know I shouldn’t let it bother me, and I probably shouldn’t so much spend time on Reddit, but wow is the ghosting out of hand.
You know the deal.
You chat with someone, you click, the conversation is free flowing, sometimes for days, and then…..
Ghost.
You’ve been ghosted.
That’s it. Nothing else.
Gone.
You’re like….WTF?
Yeah, in essence it’s not your fault, but at the same time, would it take that much effort to say: hey, sorry bro but I’m out. This isn’t working for me?
I can handle rejection. Fundamentally, we all can.
What I cannot stand is the ghosting.
No excuse for ghosting.
Grow up and just tell me, right?
Anyway, if you feel the way that I do, and want to join me on the other side of the ghosting picket line, send me a note.
Tell me about you.
Please say more than hi.
I respond very well to descriptions about you and corny flirting.
Points if you’re near NY or the east coast.
I’m 49, awkwardly handsome, tall, and work in IT and healthcare.
Extra points if you love cats. I have 5.
Best;
The Anti-Ghost.
