How to disabled specific commands for certain roles/users

I’m very new to the whole discord admin and bot commands part of discord, but I have created my server with all the necessary roles and channels successfully but can get the bots to work the way I want them to. I have added the Piggy bot in the server as a fun bot for people to play with and am wondering how to disabled certain commands like :configure and other admin commands to prevent normal members messing with the bots. Is there a certain program or another bot to fix this problem and does it work with alternate prefixes and slash commands?
