YAGPDB Verification Custom Code Writing - Will Commission Help Please

I need someone proficient in writing code (I think JSON?) In YAGPDB that can do the following:

Be triggered by a command such as: "!verified" only by admins, not users themself. I do not want reaction verification nor do I want members able to verify themselves and that's all I can find sources for.
Remove the role @unverified
Add the role @verified
Send a message in the ticket with onboarding instructions
Send a message in general chat tagging @welcome ping and send a welcome message
