Bot that can send an automatic message when a new channel is created under a specified category

I'm using Support System that creates a channel / ticket when someone reacts to a certain message. Leery about paying for their premium and wondering if another bot could automatically create a message when a new channel is created under the category for these tickets with some images that show mockups of what we need from them.
I know how to create automatic messages if I can specify the channel, but I want to it to trigger on a new channel being created.
