Discord Mobile keeps deep frying the audio of MP4 files I post

As said in the title for the second time because of the stupid damn auto moderator.
Every time I upload and post an MP4 video the audio is deep-fried and sounds like pure ear rape. Like pure TV static.
I've tried restarting my phone, reinstalling the mobile app, and it does the same thing.
Anyone know what I can do to fix it?
