Only making this as a post because a lot of people are confused on what a party mode is. I was already aware because I saw the testing release posted days ago. I hope it helps someone. (I originally posted this as comment, I hope this is allowed.)

Thank you everyone for helping I am basing this thread (all thanks to OP as that thread helped me figure out all the main things) on all the comments and somethings I found on my own and making this thread... There are more achievements than which are mentioned so, I am just updating the list and making a guide..

(This will only work on Discord App for PC not on Discord Web (browser or Mobile) Version. Official website does say it is available on PC web browser clients but users have reported a terrible lag or no features at all.)

To Enable (in short) - On Discord App on PC, Go to Settings (Clog wheel next to your username), Make sure app is updated, It will be below "Voice and Video" Tab named as "Party Mode 🎉". If its not there and app is updated just exit and restart... It will appear.

In short 14 May 2022 is Discord's 7th Birthday. So, they Introduced the PARTY MODE on Discord App for PC. Its like those games when you have to stop the timer at one particular moment and you get a prize, timer being keystrokes - counted as number... Prize being the Achievements. Lots of Fun animation like Screen shaking, Sounds, Confetti as you type. It will run from May 13 2022, 10 Am PST to May 16 2022, 5 Pm PST.

Personal Note - Please be aware of animation effect of shaking screen if you are prone to seizures and such because of that, don't max the setting out. (its just personal opinion, I have had friends who get triggered by shaking animations and get ill) [Reduce Motion option is available, If that is on, Party mode will not work. To Turn off Reduced Motion, Go to Settings - Accessibility - Reduced Motion - Toggle on/pff]

Tips-

(The numbers in front of every achievement are alphabets/numeric/symbols keystrokes including space. So, say 10 means you have to press alphabets/numeric/symbols (special keys don't count) 10 times.

Enter gives you a combo if you press it while typing in not so rapid succession try to type at least 50-100 keystrokes else discord will say something like "woah that's way too fast", the last numbers in combo counts not the ones in previous ones, only adding my stupidity here because I was doing 1337 in combo 7 and it reached 9000 heh. I suck at maths and logic sometimes or all the times.

Maximum number of combos you can reach is 7, You can hear amazing sound effects and cheering, reach combo 7 anyway and enjoy it :) and gets you achievements. So, I suggest before doing anything reach combo x 7)

(Even if you reached a few numbers above say you have to reach 555 and you reached 560 and if you are tying really fast, the counter drops so don't panic as soon as it reaches 555 press enter it will get you the achievement :) same if you are few short on numbers, just type those few ones... you don't have to type meaningful words typing gibberish in a new server text channel, completely counts)

(Oh, and ummm take breaks between every achievements if they are not counting try different ones)

Achievements so far -

• Is this thing on - Enable party mode. (It's first achievement unlocked by default)
• A Slide Puzzle - 2048 (It won't work directly if you don't have nitro - exceeds character limit, so, reach Combo x 4 and then reach 512 when you are in combo 4 (or 1024 in combo x 2)... no matter what you typed in previous combo 1,2, 3 it will not count.) Its based on the 2048 maths puzzle game :)
• Be elite - 1337
• Gonna be the very best - 898 ( u/Yummed explained its because of pokemons! for more here)
• Klondike's cell - 555 (explanation by u/PuckishPunk here and u/Coobk165 here)
• Travel through time - 88 ( u/NekoKera says its Back to the Future reference here)
• Discord Notification Sound - Ask someone to mention you :)
• Animation fan - 113
• 80's Pop - 99
• Two birds, One stone - 430
• Will you still need me? - 64 (In Spanish accounts its coming as That The Beatles Song mentioned by u/Axin- here)
• Happy Birthday - Combo x 7 (Hit the Combo x 7)
• A Puebla Party - Combo x 5 (Hit the Combo x 5)
• And Make it Double - Combo x 4 (Hit the Combo x 4)
• Prepare for Trouble - Combo x 2 (Hit the Combo x 2)
• The IT Solution - Disable Party Mode (for once and re-enable)
• Is it me you're looking for? - Mention someone.
• More !! - Increase Shake Intensity (I Maxed it out and after all achievements tried various sizes, this was the only hidden achievements in party mode settings)
• Stuck in Character creation - Customize Confetti (I maxed it out and tried various sizes and settings like Shake intensity above, so far only found this)
• Click for your free prize - I just switched/toggled between "Party Mode" settings tab and "Voice and Video" tab in settings because that's right above it, you can click on any settings tab. For me it didn't even take 100 or 50 or i think even 25 clicks. This is working differently for different people. Basically you don't have to click it 100 times, you just have to be 100th person after the discord counter is reset to click it, it can happen to you in 5 clicks or to some its not happening in even 100 clicks, the trick is to toggle between settings tabs that's the easiest way. I unlocked this achievement after all achievements were done. This was the prize (No, it's not Nitro, Its a very popular reddit video) ->! If I find more, I will add, I think they will add more.
