A friend of mine owns a community discord server and recently she got an email/dm from discord saying her server allowed users to be under the age of 13. She has always been strict on the 13 TOS, but there were some messages that she and the admins/mods missed out on that got reported. The direct message and email from discord said she should remove the content and moderate more strictly. Since then she has added numerous bots, verification, and safety protocols to prevent possible underage members from joining. Furthermore, she cleared most of the chats removing what she believes had TOS breaking messages and reported and banned offending members. However, her discord community server is still flagged by trust and safety when looking at the discord discovery page. She was just wondering if this is normal or will disappear overtime or if she needs to follow up with Discord themselves. Thanks to anyone who knows or might have been in a similar situation.
