Is it possible to get code for pylon bot to say stuff through it with the tag and everything?

Yeah i dont know how to get the code to do it and i cant find any of the code so i can speak through pylon with the bot tag and everything can somebody help
example:
.say (thing u want to say)
-Bot deletes-
Bot then says what you told it to say
