Anyone know how to talk to an actual human through a ticket?
Half the tickets I make are either immediately closed and marked as 'solved' with no response and if I do get a response it's a bot giving me incorrect information.
Just trying to make an account appeal but it needs context which I can't give to a bot 🙃
