Found out today a few cool “pro tips” to stop people from harassing you and your loved ones.

First off: if theyre not in the same server as you then they’re unable to be blocked right? Wrong. If for some reason you no longer share a server or have open DMs with someone; you can easily add them then from the pending tab you can block them.

Second: no worries about the person even noticing you adding them; once you block someone on the pending tab the friend request cancels making it like it never happened.

Third: don’t forget to report them and explain to discord (with evidence) that they’ve been harassing you. Usually harassment cases and things of an extreme illegal nature get priority over other tickets.

Lastly: always have a back up account just in case.

Remember you shouldn’t have to feel afraid on discord; most conflict can be solved by simply walking away.
