Discord used to care about their platform, now they don't. It's really weird how such a great platform went to crap after it went mainstream. I remember the old Trust and Safety system, where they would actually go through countless reports, and you could provide details and context to an incident, and get a response from a human back.
Now you have to report through the actual app itself, in order to "modernize" the system. Stumbled upon a Discord full of white supremacists about a week ago, saw some terrible stuff, even saw a couple pictures of people with guns, saying they're going to "shoot up a pride parade."
Ended up reporting almost all of the material, and a week later- it's still there and they're going rampant. This new system is slow, bulky, and infuriating. It's so sad that servers like this are able to flourish on Discord. What's your opinion on this?
