Unstable Connection on Calls

So, me and my girlfriend do all of our video calls on Discord since we live in different countries. She has Nitro and I don't. Whenever we're in calls together, Discord randomly shuts off her camera and then I have to go to her profile and turn it back on. Her camera also randomly turns off due to an "Unstable Connection" yet we both have 300 MB/s Upload and Download speed. So obviously our connections not poor. I've seen that other people have reported this issue. Is this still ongoing for other people?
