Post Body

Mine is that recently I was playing DeLa and I put the most perfect rip on my very stable Star Eagle on hole 23 (flat to steep downhill, left and just out of view, 330 feet) and as soon as it leaves my hand the one of the guys on the next tee starts yelling “what a shot… What shot! WHAT A SHOT!!!” I’m standing there slack jawed at how perfect the flight is listening for chains and getting on my tippy toes to try and see it go in…. Silence. I walk down and the guy says “ Man that was beautiful!” I don’t see my disc, I ask “Did you see where it landed?” He says “Oh it hit the cage it’s a birdie for sure.” No disc to be found, I start looking for it all around the basket. Then my buddy finds it, 75 feet away from the basket over the edge of a small cliff, nothing but trees between me and the basket. He picks up a 2, I double bogey. Damnit.
