Any tips on how to help me improve my weird issue with forehand?

So throwing a football, baseball, basketball every throw like that has been left handed. So my left hand forehand is where I feel comfortable...however my back hand feels comfortable with my right hand. So my issue is that I can throw right hand back hand but I cant use my right hand forehand I have to use my left which is completely pointless since they both have the same flights. Has anyone had this issue as well? Oh and I cant use my left hand back hand either lol
