How to properly throw a FH roller

Post Body

I’ve been recently trying to add a forehand roller to my game, primarily for scrambles and low ceiling drives, but I’m noticing that I need to throw an extremely overstable disc just to stay upright long enough. I recently watched Gannon throw a FH roller in a Foundation Disc Golf video and he used something relatively understable and it stayed upright for quite some time. Because of this I am wondering if there is something I’m doing wrong when throwing one. Does anyone have any suggestions?
