I know folks had their doubts (Charlie on The Upshot was dubious), but I think this initial version is doing great. I was more optimistic, because the interviews with the StatMando folks gave me a good feeling about their compentency. Also probably a huge reason: it's so much easier to get software stuff done with/as employees rather than contractors (at least in my opinion). Less back and forth about scope and more just getting stuff done with people you trust.

My only disappointment is that more people won't see this because DGN now doesn't seem to support Picture in Picture, so you literally have to stop the stream to check the scores.
