How do you prevent soreness and fatigue when the tournament season is in full swing?

Tournaments have started to pick up again where I’m from, and I’ve been practicing a lot. My arm (specifically my elbow and my shoulder) has been getting pretty sore after a few days of playing, and I’m wondering what you all do to prevent this. Thanks in advance!

Edit: I lift weights several times a week, it’s just the act of throwing a disc at least a couple days straight that makes me sore.
