Is this supposed to be the finished product, or is this going to be improved? There are missing shows, missing features, and frankly a bad user experience trying to find anything.
I can sort of understand being forced to launch early so you don't have to renew a contract with an old provider, but I sort of don't understand as well; if prioritizing the customer experience was a priority you can develop the new platform to maturity while keeping the old one working.
I can be understanding about the issues about moving to a new provider, but there has been no mention made that this is still in development or in beta, etc. Are the missing videos going to be added later, or should I open a ticket? If I should wait, how long should I wait until opening a ticket? Will downloading videos ever come back? (The old download UI on the app was horrible and buggy, but it existed.) Because the announcement made no mention if this was still in development, I'm forced to conclude that we're stuck with this?
If I'm supposed to open a ticket every time I see something, it feels like I should be working for them at that point.
