Most videos I see of people using floetrol beds, their floetrol comes out white. The floetrol I used comes out clear/transparent, not milky white. I used about 1/4 inch thickness of floetrol for the bed. When adding my 4oz floetrol, 1/2 tsp pro chem dye, 1 tsp hot water mix to the clear floetrol bed it seemed as if the dyes were just sinking to the bottom of the floetrol bed. Tried using a needle dipped in silicone to create cells. Used a torch and heat lamp as well but the dye just seemed to be too far down in the bed. Did I use too much floetrol for the bed? Did I buy the wrong kind of floetrol? Didy black dye mix have too much silicone in it? Was I not supposed to add silicone to my swipe dye? Curious where I went wrong here.
