Tips for dealing with continuous oxygen?

Hello! I've recently been put on continuous oxygen and I'd like to know any tips from others who use it. The main issues I'm finding is that the tubing rubs behind my ears pretty badly, and that the continuous flow makes my throat super sore. I'm eating cough drops like candy trying to make it not hurt :(
