Are these wheelchairs actually designed for people who are disabled?

Post Body

I'm in my second power chair and I fucking hate this thing now. I can't do anything with always adjusting my angle. I need one seat angle for getting around the house, and I need another for doing work.

Why is it so hard to get a power chair that has some dump in the seat angle the way people in manual wheelchair sit? Why is there no lumbar support on this gigantic tall back on my power wheelchair making me slump over and have bad posture?

Lots of people with limited trunk control use wheelchairs like this yet it's not actually designed to help support our torso and I'm always constantly fighting the Battle of hunching over. I shouldn't have to tell my wheelchair back as if I'm about to get a shave from the barber in order for my body to be properly supported.
