I feel like no one will ever find out what's wrong with me

I suffer from chronic pain and tiredness that only started a few years ago. The only indicator of anything is a very slight increase in inflammation levels in my blood. I started taking turmeric on a doctor's rec, which made the levels go down, but I feel no better. Is it even possible to be in so much pain without a definite reason? I'm barely able to spend my work day moving like I need to, I keep hiding in the bathroom to cry until I stop shaking. I really just want to know what's going on
