I just need reassurance and advice on how to handle symptoms (NOT ASKING FOR A DX)
Post Body

So, I'm 18ftm, 169lbs, 5'1" tall. Have tourettes and myoclonus. Ever since October, I've been experiencing muscle weakness, easy bruising, and sudden onset tingling and numbness that only spans half my left hand and forearm that comes and goes and sudden chest pain that was dx as costochondritis that hasn't gone away and will flare up at least 1x a week.

I also have trouble falling and staying asleep, as well as sudden onset migraines. I sweat like a pig (though that can be attributed to the testosterone) and am also having trouble swallowing at times, and I am constantly gagging to point where I've thrown up twice in the past three weeks.

I plan on seeing a neurologist again, but that's not for another three and a half months, and I'm not necessarily worried, but I'm a little concerned there may be something at stake here. I plan on getting top surgery this year, and if it turns out I have a neurological condition that interferes with my plans to get surgery, I don't know how I'd handle it.

Unrelated, but i also plan to schedule an appointment with a rheumatologist because my joints for the past 8.5 years have been locking, popping, and cracking for no reason, and Ankylosing spondolytis as well as other forms of arthritis run in my family.

Also, to add, I can't see the neuro sooner bc I'm currently out of state for college and my insurance only covers me instate (but hey, at least it's covering my top surgery completely, yay MassHealth!/hj)

So how do I manage these symptoms? Should I use a mobility aid? Or would that be inconsiderate? My school's wellness center has already told me they "don't handle chronic conditions" when i went to them when this all began, so essentially (and pardon my language) I'm fucked sideways until late May when I see the neuro. And no, changing insurances is not an option, I've had that discussion with several people.
