There wasn’t a lot I hadn’t seen in my 20 years of service. Celebrities, high flyers, bored wives away on business …. And for that matter , bored husbands too.

I’d progressed through roles and now was service manager for the trinity hotel. A 5 star luxury hotel with a Michelin starred restaurant.

It didn’t mean I stepped back from duties. I was still happy to respond and help out in a service role. I enjoyed it, meeting new people , talking with them and well, serving them. Whether that was getting them a 3am snack or doing “whatever’s necessary” to make a customer happy.

There was always a call to answer to. Guests would call at the front desk and say “Could I get someone come look at the air on in my room?” Or “Hey, do you think the maid could bring me more towels?” They’d call down by phone at all times with requests “champagne please with 2 glasses!” Or “do you know where I could find….” It could be anything and I am the guy that resolves all these issues.

Nothing is too much trouble and that’s why I’m know as being the best. Our customer satisfaction is second to none!
