I can't quite put my finger on why I'm obsessed with bets with sexy forfeits. There's something about the anticipation, the mystery. Who will lose? How will they respond? What sort of humiliation is in store for me if I lose? For those who enjoy a good power dynamic, making a bet is so hot. It adds an element of reason to the punishments and embarrassments the loser submits to... it's not just for fun, it's because I lost, and I deserve it.
Here is my game idea: I write down a number between 1 and 100 and take a picture of it. You guess the number. You get 6 tries. If you get it correct in 5 guesses or less, I must be your slave for an hour. If you get it in 6 tries, I must be your slave for 25 minutes. If you guess a neighboring number in 6 tries, you become my slave for 25 minutes. And if you don't even get that close, you become my slave for an hour.
