You're going to follow my instructions to hurt and degrade yourself while wearing them. Sure, you can wash them after. But you'll always remember what you did in them.
Your first instruction is to kneel down and start slapping your face. Alternate hands. After every few slaps, wipe your face on your pajama top. You can stop hitting yourself when your top shows three wet spots, two for your eyes, and a third for your runny nose.
