I'm going to be your stretching coach--think personal trainer, yoga teacher, etc. When I show up at your place, you're sporting a skimpy workout outfit, and have the mat unrolled on the floor.
At first I'm not touching you at all, asking you to move through a handful of poses so I can judge your flexibility (and leer at your body).
Once we begin the stretching, the touching starts. At first, it's totally above-board, giving slight pressure on your back, your shoulders, etc, when and where you need it.
